Manufacturing Practices Front panels and insulators are machined out of top grade aluminum (pic 1) and phenolic (pic 2). Before assembly, the aluminum (and in the case of some audio and data units, the phenolic) are Powdercoated (aluminum only), and/or Painted with Polyurethane to either a standard Seamount color, or a color selected by the customer. Inspection and Testing Each finished unit has undergone over over 40 inspections and tests to insure that the product you receive is 100% correct (pics 3 & 4) Our Warranty Our warranty is simple. If any of our products (except patch cords) fail during the life of your system due to materials or workmanship, Seamount will repair or replace it --Free Patch cords are warranted for one year.
